Our journey, our mission

The Insam Foundation promotes and supports projects in the fields of health, culture, and economic development, with a strong connection to Val Gardena, the Ladin language and traditions, and the enhancement of the local area. The Foundation was established to foster initiatives that create tangible and lasting value for the community by bringing together diverse skills, resources, and perspectives. Its commitment is expressed through dialogue and collaboration among businesses, private associations, and public institutions, with the aim of building strong, inclusive, and forward-looking partnerships. Every project is conceived with respect for local identity. The Foundation also promotes the use of the region’s three languages—Italian, German, and Ladin—in its activities and initiatives, according to the specific characteristics and requirements of each project, in order to encourage accessibility, inclusion, and community participation.

Rooted in its history and in the cultural heritage of Val Gardena, the Insam Foundation operates with an open and contemporary outlook. The Foundation builds partnerships at both national and international levels, combining the preservation of the local area with cultural development, social well-being, and economic growth.
